                                ORDINANCE NO. 9751
                   
                   
                   AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE 
                   HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND N0/100 
                   DOLLARS ($175,000.00) FROM THE UNRESTRICTED 
                   FUND BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO THE 
                   CAPITAL PROJECTS-GENERAL GOVERNMENT FUND 
                   (2071) FOR WALNUT STREET BRIDGE PROJECT.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  That there be and is hereby appropriated the 
       sum of $175,000.00 from the Unrestricted Fund Balance of the 
       General Fund to the Capital Projects General Government Fund 
       (2017) for Walnut Street Bridge Project.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  That this ordinance shall take effect 
       immediately, the public health, welfare and safety requiring same.
